Nicholas invites any potential clients to reach out and book an appointment. He helps clients work through a variety of problems including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, interpersonal issues, and daily difficulties. The goals of counselling will be self-directed and tailored to the client’s individual needs and perspective.

He implement a strength-based approach, which focuses on promoting the inherent strengths and resiliencies of clients. He also utilizes a variety of counselling modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and client-centered therapy.
Nicholas offers a safe setting to explore past, current, and future struggles. Both day-to-day difficulties, and major life events are explored in an environment of unconditional, nonjudgemental support. Counselling sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, comfort level, and perspective to promote personal growth, fulfilment, and a greater understanding of self.
